Method

In una ciotola, unisci il pollo macinato, la zucchina grattugiata, la cipolla, i pomodorini, il prezzemolo, l'aglio, l'origano, la paprika, il sale e il pepe. Mescola bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Distribuisci uniformemente il composto di carne sulle tortillas, lasciando un bordo di circa 1 cm.

Arrotola le tortillas su se stesse per formare dei log stretti e avvolgili nella pellicola trasparente. Metti in frigorifero per almeno 15 minuti.

Preriscalda il forno a 200°C. Fodera una teglia con carta da forno.

Rimuovi la pellicola e taglia ogni log in rondelle spesse circa 2 cm. Infila le rondelle su spiedini di legno.

Adagia gli spiedini sulla teglia e cuoci in forno per circa 10 minuti, girandoli a metà cottura.

Nel frattempo, prepara la salsa mescolando lo yogurt greco, il cetriolo grattugiato, il succo di limone e l'aglio. Aggiusta di sale.
