In una ciotola grande, unire il petto di pollo macinato, i fiocchi di avena, l'uovo, lo yogurt greco, i capperi, il succo di limone, la senape, la cipolla, il sale e il pepe. Mescolare bene fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Formare delle polpette di circa 4 cm di diametro e disporle su un piatto.

In una pentola, portare a ebollizione il brodo di pollo a fuoco medio.

Quando il brodo bolle, aggiungere delicatamente le polpette e cuocere per 20-25 minuti finché non sono cotte.
