Method

In una ciotola, mescola l'acqua calda con il lievito e lascia riposare per 10 minuti.

In un'altra ciotola, unisci la farina integrale, il sale e l'olio d'oliva. Aggiungi gradualmente l'acqua con il lievito, mescolando fino a ottenere un impasto liscio.

Copri l'impasto e lascialo lievitare in un luogo caldo per circa 30 minuti.

Nel frattempo, scalda un filo d'olio in una padella e fai rosolare la cipolla tritata fino a doratura. Aggiungi gli spinaci e cuoci per alcuni minuti, quindi condisci con sale, pepe e succo di limone. Lascia raffreddare.

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C. Forma delle palline dall'impasto lievitato e stendile in cerchi sottili.

Riempi ogni cerchio con un cucchiaino di ripieno di spinaci e ricotta e piega a triangolo, sigillando bene i bordi.

Spennella la superficie con un po' d'acqua e cospargi con semi di sesamo.

Posiziona i fatayer su una teglia rivestita di carta forno e cuoci in forno per circa 20 minuti, fino a doratura.
