Tagliare la lonza di maiale in un pezzo da 120g e appiattirlo leggermente. Condire con pepe nero.

Scaldare l'olio in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto e cuocere la lonza per circa 5-6 minuti per lato, fino a doratura. Rimuovere dalla padella e tenere da parte.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungere l'ananas e rosolare per 2 minuti.

In una ciotola, mescolare la salsa di soia, l'aceto di riso, il miele, la salsa chili dolce, l'aglio e un pizzico di pepe.

Versare il mix di condimento nella padella e portare a ebollizione, quindi ridurre il fuoco e lasciare sobbollire per 3-4 minuti.

Reinserire la lonza nella padella e cuocere per altri 2-3 minuti, fino a che non è ben ricoperta di salsa.
