In una ciotola, mescola la farina di mandorle, la farina d'avena, le proteine in polvere, la cannella e il sale.

Aggiungi l'olio di cocco e lo yogurt greco, poi amalgama con le mani fino a ottenere un composto sabbioso.

Scalda leggermente il latte di mandorla e sciogli al suo interno l'eritritolo. Versa il latte nella ciotola e mescola fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Preleva una piccola quantità di impasto e forma una pallina, creando un incavo al centro. Inserisci la pasta di datteri e sigilla bene chiudendo i bordi.
