In una ciotola, mescola la farina di cocco con l'uovo e lo yogurt greco fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Forma una palla, avvolgila in pellicola trasparente e lasciala riposare in frigorifero per 10 minuti.

Rivesti una piccola tortiera (12 cm) con carta forno e stendi l'impasto tra due fogli di carta forno, poi adagialo nella tortiera.
