In una ciotola, sbatti gli albumi con la farina di cocco fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. Aggiungi il manzo tagliato a strisce sottili e mescola bene per ricoprire il carne.

Scalda l'olio d'oliva in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto. Cuoci il manzo per 4-5 minuti, girandolo frequentemente, fino a doratura croccante. Rimuovi il manzo e mettilo da parte su carta assorbente.
