Method

Cuocere la zucca a vapore per 10 minuti fino a renderla tenera, poi frullarla e lasciarla raffreddare.

In una ciotola, mescolare i fiocchi d'avena con lo yogurt greco e la scorza di limone, quindi compattare il composto in una piccola tortiera foderata con carta forno per creare la base.

In un'altra ciotola, unire il formaggio spalmabile, lo yogurt greco, l'uovo, la purea di zucca, il succo di limone e l'eritritolo. Frullare fino a ottenere un composto liscio.

Versare il composto di crema sulla base e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 160°C per 20 minuti.
