Sbucciate i platani e tagliateli a rondelle spesse circa 2 cm.

Cuocete i platani in acqua bollente per circa 10 minuti, finché non diventano teneri.

Nel frattempo, cuocete il petto di pollo in una padella antiaderente con un cucchiaio d'olio fino a doratura, aggiungendo sale e pepe a piacere.

Scolate i platani e schiacciateli in una ciotola insieme agli spicchi d'aglio tritati e un pizzico di sale.

Aggiungete l’avocado schiacciato e il succo di lime, mescolate bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.
