Method

Preriscalda il forno a 200°C. Affetta la melanzana a fette sottili (0,5 cm) e il cavolfiore a strati sottili. Disponi le fette su carta forno, pennella leggermente con olio EVO e cuoci per 12 minuti.

In una padella antiaderente rosola la carne trita con cipolla e aglio tritati fino a doratura (4-5 min). Aggiungi i pomodori freschi, concentrato di pomodoro, acqua calda, origano, paprika, cannella e noce moscata. Simmer per 3 minuti, salando a piacere.

Prepara la besciamela light mescolando yogurt greco 0% (80g) con amido di patate (1 cucchiaio) e 50ml di latte scremato, scalda a fuoco dolce fino a inspessimento, aggiungi sale e noce moscata.

In una pirofila monoporzione (18x12 cm) stratifica: cavolfiore, ragù di carne, melanzane, besciamela yogurt.

Completa con 30g di mozzarella grattugiata e inforna per 12 minuti fino a doratura.

Riposa 5 minuti prima di servire.
