In una pentola media a fuoco medio-alto, versa 1 cucchiaio di olio EVO, aggiungi cipolla, sedano e carota e sauté per 4-5 minuti fino a doratura.

Spolverizza curry powder (1,5 cucchiaini) e curcuma (0,5 cucchiaino), mescola bene e cuoci per 1 minuto.

Versa il brodo di pollo caldo (400 ml) e porta a ebollizione, quindi riduci a fuoco basso e simmer per 10 minuti.

Aggiungi il petto di pollo tagliato a dadini (120g), mela verde (50g), timo secco e simmer per 8-10 minuti fino a cottura completa del pollo.

A fine cottura, spegni il fuoco e incorpora 60g di yogurt greco 0% (in aggiunta, non caldo), salsa di mele non zuccherata (1 cucchiaio), sale e pepe.
