In una casseruola, scalda il latte di mandorla fino a intiepidirlo, quindi aggiungi l'olio di cocco, l'eritritolo e un pizzico di sale. Lascia raffreddare.

In una ciotola, sciogli il lievito secco in 30ml di acqua tiepida e lascia riposare per 10 minuti fino a che diventa schiumoso.

Unisci il latte tiepido al composto di lievito, aggiungi l'uovo e mescola bene.

Aggiungi la farina di mandorle, i fiocchi d'avena e il cardamomo, mescolando fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Forma una treccia o un nodo e ponilo su una teglia foderata con carta da forno. Lascia lievitare per 20 minuti a temperatura ambiente.
