Cuocere a vapore per 8-10 minuti le patate e le carote tagliate a dadini (devono restare al dente).

In una padella antiaderente con 5 ml di olio EVO, rosolare la cipolla affettata sottile con i piselli per 2 minuti a fuoco medio.
