In una ciotola, mescola la farina di avena, l'eritritolo, il cardamomo, la cannella, il sale e la scorza d'arancia.

In un'altra ciotola, sbatti l'uovo con il latte di mandorle e il burro di cocco fuso fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Unisci gli ingredienti secchi a quelli liquidi e mescola bene fino a ottenere una pastella liscia.

Scalda il ferro per krumkake e ungilo leggermente se necessario.

Versa un cucchiaio di pastella nel ferro caldo e chiudi. Cuoci finché non smette di fumare e il dolce risulta dorato, circa 30-60 secondi.

Rimuovi con attenzione il krumkake e, mentre è ancora caldo, avvolgilo attorno a un cono di legno per dargli forma. Tieni in posizione per 10 secondi e lascia raffreddare su carta da forno.
