In una ciotola, mescola la farina di farro, le proteine in polvere, i semi di girasole, i semi di zucca, il lievito e il sale.

In un'altra ciotola, unisci l'acqua tiepida con l'olio extravergine di oliva.

Versa il composto liquido nei secchi e mescola bene fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Trasferisci l'impasto in un piccolo stampo rivestito di carta forno e livella la superficie.

Lascia riposare l'impasto per circa 10-15 minuti a temperatura ambiente per favorire la lievitazione.
