Method

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C. Prepara una pirofila con un filo d'olio di oliva.

In una ciotola ampia, mescola la farina di farro con il sale e il lievito.

In un'altra ciotola, sbatti le uova con la ricotta fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Unisci il composto di uova e ricotta alla farina, mescolando bene.

Aggiungi le mandorle tritate, i semi di girasole e le carote grattugiate, amalgama fino a ottenere un impasto denso.

Versa l'impasto nella pirofila e livellalo con una spatola.

Cuoci in forno per 50-60 minuti, fino a doratura.
