Method

In una ciotola, combina la farina di mandorle, la farina di avena, il lievito, la cannella, la noce moscata, il pepe di Giamaica e il sale. Mischia bene.

In un'altra ciotola, sbatti l'albume e poi aggiungi il latte di mandorla, l'eritritolo, l'olio di cocco, l'estratto di vaniglia e il succo di lime.

Versa gli ingredienti secchi nella ciotola con gli ingredienti umidi e mescola fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo. Aggiungi l'uvetta e mescola delicatamente.
