In una ciotola, mescola la scorza di arancia e limone con il miele, il rum e l'estratto di vaniglia, poi metti da parte.

In un'altra ciotola, unisci il lievito fresco con la farina di mandorle e 20ml di acqua tiepida, impasta per 5 minuti e lascia lievitare in un luogo caldo per 1 ora.
