Pulisci le cozze sotto acqua fredda, scartando quelle danneggiate o che non si chiudono.

In una padella larga scalda l'olio con l'aglio tritato finemente a fuoco medio per 2 minuti fino a profumo.

Aggiungi la polpa di pomodoro, il sale e il pepe, lascia cuocere 3 minuti a fuoco medio rimescolando.

Unisci la pasta cruda direttamente nella padella con il sugo di pomodoro, mescola bene per farla insaporire.

Aggiungi l'acqua calda e il vino bianco in un'unica volta, porta a ebollizione e abbassa a fuoco medio-alto.
