Method

In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio extravergine d'oliva e aggiungere l'aglio tritato, facendolo soffriggere a fuoco dolce fino a doratura.

Unire i gamberi e cuocere per circa 5 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto, fino a quando diventano rosa. Rimuoverli dalla padella e tenerli da parte.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungere la zucchina tagliata a rondelle e cuocere per 3-4 minuti.

Aggiungere le penne integrali e mescolare bene per far insaporire.

Versare il brodo vegetale caldo e la paprika, mescolare e cuocere a fuoco medio, mescolando di tanto in tanto, per il tempo indicato sulla confezione della pasta.

Quando la pasta è al dente, aggiungere i gamberi, un pizzico di sale e pepe e il succo di limone. Mescolare bene e cuocere per un altro minuto.
