In una ciotola, mescola la farina integrale con il sale e aggiungi lo yogurt greco. Mescola bene fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Aggiungi gli spinaci tritati finemente e, se desideri, i semi di chia per un apporto extra di fibre e nutrienti.

Impasta il tutto fino a formare una palla liscia. Se l'impasto risulta troppo appiccicoso, aggiungi un po' di farina.

Copri l'impasto con un canovaccio e lascialo riposare per 10 minuti.

Dividi l'impasto in due parti e stendi ciascuna in un disco sottile di circa 20 cm di diametro.
