In una ciotola, unire la farina di avena, gli albumi, l'acqua frizzante, il sale e l'olio, mescolando fino ad ottenere un composto liscio.

Trasferire l'impasto su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno e stenderlo con un cucchiaio umido per formare un disco di circa 25 cm.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per 15 minuti, finché non risulta dorato.
