In una ciotola, sbatti gli albumi con la farina di avena, l'acqua e un pizzico di sale fino ad ottenere una pastella omogenea.

Aggiungi il petto di pollo tritato, i gamberi, il tofu, gli spinaci, i peperoni e la cipolla. Mescola bene per amalgamare gli ingredienti.

Scalda l'olio di oliva in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio.

Versa la pastella nella padella formando un disco uniforme. Cuoci per circa 7-8 minuti fino a doratura.

Gira delicatamente la pizza e cuoci l'altro lato per altri 5 minuti.

Nel frattempo, prepara la salsa mescolando salsa di soia, aceto di riso, olio di sesamo e peperoncino.
