Iniziare preparando la crosta: unire in una ciotola la farina d'avena, la farina di mandorle, il sale e l'olio EVO. Aggiungere l'acqua poco alla volta fino a formare un impasto elastico. Lavorare per un minuto e far riposare per 5 minuti.

Per il ripieno, rosolare la cipolla in una padella antiaderente con un filo d'olio, poi aggiungere il petto di pollo macinato e i fagioli neri. Condire con paprika, prezzemolo, pepe e rosmarino. Cuocere per 5-7 minuti fino a doratura.

Stendere 2/3 dell'impasto tra due fogli di carta forno e rivestire uno stampo monoporzione.

Versare il ripieno di carne nella crosta e coprire con il restante impasto, sigillando bene i bordi.

Praticare dei piccoli fori sulla superficie e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per 20-25 minuti fino a doratura. Sfornare e lasciare raffreddare per 5 minuti prima di servire.
