1. Tritare finemente la cipolla e l'aglio. In una padella antiaderente, scaldare un filo d'olio e far soffriggere cipolla e aglio fino a doratura.2. In una ciotola, unire il petto di tacchino macinato, gli spinaci tritati, la cipolla e l'aglio rosolati, la salsa di soia, l'origano, il pepe e la paprika.3. Aggiungere l'uovo e mescolare bene fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.4. Formare un polpettone compatto e uniforme.5. In una padella antiaderente, scaldare un cucchiaio d'olio e rosolare il polpettone su tutti i lati a fuoco medio-alto per circa 5 minuti.6. Ridurre la fiamma, coprire e cuocere per altri 10-15 minuti, girando a metà cottura, fino a quando la temperatura interna raggiunge i 75°C.7. Lasciare riposare per 5 minuti, affettare e servire con una spruzzata di limone e un contorno di insalata fresca.
