Prepara la salsa tzatziki: in una ciotola, mescola lo yogurt greco con la feta, il succo e la scorza di limone, l'aglio, il prezzemolo e la menta. Aggiusta di sale e pepe e riponi in frigorifero.

In un'altra ciotola, unisci il pollo macinato, l'aglio, sale, pepe, timo e menta. Mescola bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Forma un polpettone compatto di circa 10-12 cm di diametro.

Scalda l'olio in una padella antiaderente e cuoci il polpettone a fuoco medio per 10 minuti, girandolo di tanto in tanto, fino a dorarlo e cuocerlo internamente.
