Method

Inizia tritando finemente i cetriolini sott'aceto e mettili da parte.

In una pentola antiaderente, scalda l'olio d'oliva e aggiungi la cipolla e la carota tritate, facendole rosolare per 3-4 minuti fino a doratura.

Aggiungi il concentrato di pomodoro e cuoci per altri 2 minuti, mescolando bene.

Versa il brodo di pollo caldo nella pentola, quindi aggiungi il petto di pollo a cubetti, il cavolfiore a piccoli florets, la foglia di alloro e il pepe. Porta a ebollizione.

Cuoci a fuoco medio per circa 10 minuti, poi unisci i cetriolini tritati e cuoci per altri 5 minuti.
