Method

Preriscalda il forno a 200°C e prepara una teglia con carta da forno.

Pela le patate dolci e tagliale a bastoncini. Metti i bastoncini nella teglia e condisci con olio d'oliva, paprika, sale e pepe.

Cuoci le patate dolci in forno per circa 25 minuti, girandole a metà cottura fino a quando non saranno dorate e croccanti.

In una padella antiaderente, cuoci il pollo macinato a fuoco medio-alto, aggiungendo sale e pepe a piacere. Cuoci fino a completa doratura.
