Method

In una pentola, porta a ebollizione dell'acqua salata. Aggiungi il filetto di salmone e cuoci a fuoco lento per 8-10 minuti, finché non è cotto. Rimuovi il salmone e lascialo raffreddare.

Una volta freddo, sminuzza il salmone in una ciotola grande e aggiungi il salmone affumicato a pezzetti, il cipollotto, l'aneto e le erbe aromatiche.
