In una ciotola, mescola la farina di avena, lo yogurt greco, l'acqua tiepida, il bicarbonato, l'olio e il sale fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Trasferisci l'impasto su un foglio di carta forno e stendilo delicatamente con le mani fino a formare un disco di circa 15cm.

Cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 220°C per 15 minuti, fino a doratura.
