In una ciotola versare i semi di senape nera e bianca, l'acqua e l'aceto di mele; coprire e lasciare in ammollo in frigorifero per almeno 8 ore (o tutta la notte) affinché i semi si ammorbidiscano e rilascino i loro oli essenziali.

Trascorso il tempo, scolare leggermente i semi mantenendo il liquido di ammollo; trasferirli in un mortaio o robot da cucina e aggiungere pepe nero, curcuma, curry e paprika.

Frullare o schiacciare fino a ottenere una consistenza granulosa ma coesa (non polverosa).

Lavare rapidamente le erbe fresche, asciugarle con carta assorbente e tritarle finemente; aggiungerle al composto di senape e mescolare energicamente con un cucchiaio di legno.

Versare il succo di limone fresco, mescolare bene e lasciare riposare 2-3 minuti affinché i sapori si amalgamino.

Aggiungere le proteine in polvere mescolando lentamente per evitare grumi; regolare di sale e pepe bianco secondo il gusto personale.
