Preriscaldare il forno a 200°C e foderare una teglia da forno con carta da forno.

In una ciotola capiente, setacciare insieme la farina 00, i fiocchi d'avena tritati finemente, le proteine in polvere, il bicarbonato e il sale.

Aggiungere i semi di lino macinati e i semi di zucca, mescolando con un cucchiaio di legno fino a distribuzione uniforme.
