Method

In una padella, scaldare l'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio e soffriggere la cipolla fino a doratura, circa 5 minuti.

Aggiungere il pollo macinato e cuocere fino a quando è ben rosolato, circa 5 minuti.

Nel frattempo, in una ciotola, ammollare il pane integrale nel latte scremato, quindi schiacciarlo e unirlo al composto di pollo.

Incorporare 1 uovo sbattuto, l'uvetta, l'aceto, la curcuma, il curry, il sale e il pepe. Mescolare bene.
