In una ciotola, unisci il tonno sgocciolato, lo yogurt greco, i cipollotti e la salsa piccante. Mescola bene fino a ottenere una crema omogenea.

Posiziona un foglio di nori su un tappetino per sushi. Con le mani umide, stendi uno strato sottile di riso integrale sul nori, lasciando un margine di 1,5 cm nella parte inferiore.

Cospargi il riso con i semi di sesamo tostati.

Distribuisci 1/4 del composto di tonno al centro del riso, aggiungendo alcune fettine di avocado sopra.

Bagna il bordo inferiore del nori con un po' d'acqua, quindi inizia a rotolare dal lato superiore, aiutandoti con il tappetino per formare un rotolo stretto.

Ripeti il procedimento con gli altri fogli di nori e il restante ripieno.

Una volta pronti, usa un coltello bagnato per tagliare i rotoli in pezzi di circa 2 cm. Servi immediatamente o conserva in frigo fino al momento di servire.
