In una ciotola capiente, unisci la ricotta fresca e lo yogurt greco. Aggiungi la stevia o l'eritritolo e mescola energicamente con una frusta per ottenere una crema liscia e omogenea.

Dividi la crema ricotta-yogurt in due parti uguali. Aggiungi il composto di mirtilli a una metà e mescola delicatamente.

Disponi il fondo di quattro bicchieri medi con uno strato sottile di crema bianca.

Immergi velocemente (1-2 secondi per lato) ogni biscotto integrale nel succo di mirtillo rimanente, disponendoli sopra la crema bianca.
