Method

In una padella antiaderente, far scaldare 1g di olio EVO e aggiungere gli spinaci freschi. Cuocere a fuoco medio finché non si appassiscono.

In una ciotola, unire la ricotta, il tuorlo d'uovo, il parmigiano, i prezzemolo, sale e pepe, quindi mescolare bene.

Aggiungere gli spinaci cotti al composto di ricotta e mescolare fino a ottenere un ripieno omogeneo.

Su un foglio di carta da forno, stendere un foglio di wrap proteico e spennellare con 1g di olio EVO.

Posizionare 20g di ripieno al formaggio a un'estremità del wrap e piegare a triangolo, continuando a ripiegare fino alla fine.

Ripetere l’operazione con il secondo foglio.

Posizionare i triangoli su una teglia antiaderente e infornare a 200°C per 12-15 minuti, fino a doratura.

Servire caldo, eventualmente con una spolverata di prezzemolo fresco.
