Preriscalda il forno a 180°C. In una ciotola, mescola la farina di avena, il cacao, lo yogurt greco, l'uovo, l'eritritolo, il lievito e il sale fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. Versalo in uno stampo monoporzione e cuoci per 12-15 minuti, finché uno stuzzicadenti esce pulito. Lascia raffreddare.

In un pentolino, cuoci le ciliegie con l'acqua e il liquore per circa 5-7 minuti. Frulla il tutto per ottenere una salsa.
