Sbucciare il platano e tagliarlo a fette spesse circa 1 cm.

Tagliare il tofu a cubetti e condirlo con paprika, curcuma, sale e pepe; lasciar marinare per 5 minuti.

Scaldare l'olio d'oliva in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio; cuocere le fette di platano per 4 minuti per lato fino a doratura.

Trasferire le fette su un tagliere e appiattirle delicatamente.

Immergere le fette in acqua fredda salata per 10 secondi, quindi riposizionarle in padella per 2 minuti per lato.
