Method

In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio extravergine d'oliva e rosolare la carne macinata di pollo e tacchino fino a doratura.

Aggiungere la cipolla, il sedano e l'aglio, cuocere fino a quando le verdure sono tenere.

Unire la salvia, il sale e il pepe, mescolare bene.
