Method

In una pentola, porta a ebollizione 250 ml di acqua e 50 ml di olio di cocco. Togli dal fuoco e aggiungi la farina integrale e il lievito per dolci, mescolando bene fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo. Lascia raffreddare per 10 minuti.

Aggiungi le uova, una alla volta, continuando a mescolare fino a rendere il composto liscio e cremoso. Unisci l'estratto di vaniglia per aromatizzare.

Nel frattempo, prepara lo sciroppo: in un pentolino, porta a ebollizione 300 ml di acqua con 80 g di eritritolo e il succo di limone. Mescola fino a sciogliere completamente l'eritritolo. Fai sobbollire per circa 10 minuti e poi lascia raffreddare.

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e rivesti una teglia con carta da forno. Con un sac à poche, forma sulla teglia delle piccole porzioni di impasto, formando delle piccole ciambelle.

Cuoci in forno per circa 20-25 minuti, o fino a doratura. Una volta cotte, trasferisci le tulumba su un piatto e irrora con lo sciroppo freddo.

Lascia riposare per almeno 30 minuti prima di servire, in modo che assorbano il sapore dello sciroppo.
