Tagliare il cioccolato bianco in pezzetti medi e fondere a bagnomaria insieme all'olio di cocco, mescolando spesso fino a completa fluidità (circa 5 minuti).

Togliere dal fuoco e aggiungere il burro di arachidi, amalgamando perfettamente con una frusta fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Incorporare la polvere proteica vanilla un poco alla volta, mescolando bene per evitare grumi, poi aggiungere il miele.

Versare il latte condensato light e l'eventuale colorante alimentare, mescolando energicamente finché non si ottiene un composto cremoso e uniforme.

Rivestire uno stampo quadrato (15×15 cm) con carta forno bagnata e ben strizzata; versarvi il composto livellando la superficie con una spatola.

Cospargere con le granelle colorate e i fiocchi di cocco, poi ricoprire con pellicola trasparente.

Riporre in frigorifero per almeno 4 ore, finché il fudge non risulta completamente sodo e staccato dai bordi.
