Tritura finemente i biscotti integrali in un mixer o con un mortaio: dovranno avere consistenza sabbiosa. Distribuisci equamente il composto sul fondo di due vasetti di vetro da 200 ml circa.

In una ciotola, monta la panna fresca fino a ottenere una consistenza soffice e cremosa, usando una frusta manuale o elettrica.

In un'altra ciotola, mescola la ricotta magra con il cacao amaro, la crema gianduia, il miele e la vaniglia fino a ottenere una crema liscia e omogenea.

Incorpora delicatamente tre quarti della panna montata nella crema al gianduia con movimenti dal basso verso l'alto, cercando di mantenere aria all'interno.
