Mescola in una ciotola la farina integrale, la ricotta, l'uovo, il sale, il pepe e il parmigiano reggiano: otterrai un impasto morbido e omogeneo.

Dividi l'impasto in 2 parti uguali e stendi ciascuna su un foglio di carta forno: lo spessore deve essere di circa 0.5 cm.
