Tagliare cipolla, carota e sedano a pezzi medi; schiacciare leggermente l'aglio.

In una pentola capiente, scaldare l'olio a fuoco medio e aggiungere le verdure preparate, salvia e rosmarino; lasciar rosolare per 5-6 minuti fino a che non profumano.
