Method

In una pentola antiaderente, rosola a fuoco medio-alto il petto di pollo (150g) marinato con spezie per tacos, cumino, sale e pepe per circa 5-6 minuti fino a doratura. Trasferisci il pollo su un piatto.

Nella stessa pentola, aggiungi la cipolla e il peperone tagliati a cubetti e soffriggi per 3 minuti.

Versa il brodo di pollo (250ml) e i pomodori pelati (100g) in pentola e porta a ebollizione.

Riporta il pollo nella pentola e cuoci a fuoco medio-basso per 15 minuti coperto.

In una ciotola, mescola lo yogurt greco (80g) con un po' di brodo caldo per ammorbidirlo, poi aggiungilo lentamente alla zuppa mescolando.

Cuoci ancora per 2 minuti senza far bollire, assaggia e regola di sale e pepe.

Servi caldo guarnendo con coriandolo fresco.
