In una pentola grande, porta a ebollizione l'acqua a fuoco basso. Aggiungi il kombu e lascia cuocere finché non inizia a sobbollire. Se usi i fiocchi di bonito, aggiungili e poi togli dal fuoco. Lascia riposare per 5 minuti. Filtra il brodo e metti da parte.

Riscalda il brodo in una pentola a fuoco medio. Aggiungi il tofu e il wakame, mescolando delicatamente per amalgamare gli ingredienti.
