Inizia facendo rosolare la cipolla e l’aglio tritati in un ampio tegame con l'olio extravergine di oliva per 2-3 minuti, finché non diventano trasparenti.

Aggiungi il peperoncino fresco e mescola per insaporire.

Unisci i pomodori pelati e porta a ebollizione, poi abbassa la fiamma e lascia cuocere per 10 minuti, fino a ottenere una salsa densa.
