Preriscaldare il forno a 200°C.

Lavare e tagliare le patate dolci a fette sottili di circa 5mm; cucinarle a vapore per 10 minuti fino a renderle appena morbide, quindi trasferirle in una ciotola.

Cuocere le uova in acqua bollente salata per 8 minuti, raffreddarle immediatamente in acqua fredda, sbucciarle e tagliarle a rondelle spesse.

In una ciotola, mescolare il pangrattato con il prezzemolo tritato fine, l'aglio schiacciato, il peperone rosso tagliato finissimo, un cucchiaio d'olio e il sale.

In un'altra ciotola, mescolare la ricotta magra con 5ml d'olio, sale e pepe fino a ottenere una crema omogenea.

Controllare il baccalà: se ancora salato, ammollarlo brevemente in acqua fredda e asciugarlo con carta assorbente.

In una pirofila da forno leggermente oleata, alternare strati: metà del baccalà a pezzi, metà delle patate dolci, metà delle uova, metà della crema di ricotta.

Ripetere l'ordine degli strati con i restanti ingredienti.

Distribuire il pangrattato aromatico sulla superficie e cospargere con il remaining 5ml d'olio.

Cuocere in forno per 20-22 minuti fino a quando il pangrattato è dorato e croccante.

Estrarre dal forno, riposare 2 minuti, condire con spremuta di limone fresco e servire.
