Preriscalda il forno a 220°C. Spennella i funghi portobello con l'olio EVO, sale e pepe; arrostiscili per circa 20 minuti finché non sono dorati.

Nel frattempo, prepara i sottaceti: marinare le carote e il daikon in una ciotola con l'aceto di riso e il succo di lime per 10 minuti.
