Method

In una pentola capiente, scaldare un filo d'olio e rosolare il pollo e la salsiccia di tacchino fino a doratura. Rimuovere dalla pentola e mettere da parte.

Nella stessa pentola, aggiungere la cipolla e l'aglio, soffriggere fino a che non siano trasparenti.

Aggiungere il cavolo cappuccio, le carote e i funghi, cuocere per circa 10 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto.

Unire il pollo e la salsiccia nella pentola, aggiungere i crauti, il brodo di pollo, i pomodori pelati e il concentrato di pomodoro.

Condire con paprika, origano, alloro, sale e pepe. Mescolare bene.

Portare a ebollizione, quindi ridurre il fuoco e far sobbollire coperto per circa 1 ora, mescolando di tanto in tanto.

Servire caldo, eventualmente guarnito con un po' di prezzemolo fresco.
